84. Accessory building

(1)Construction or accessory buildings such as bathrooms, toilets, storehouses, cattle sheds, kennels and cages or cabin for watch and ward shall be permitted in the open space of the main building, if the open space available is sufficient for such construction:
Provided that area of such structures shall be limited to fifteen percent of the open space.
(2) The height of the structure or cabin shall be limited to 2.5 metres.
(3) The distance from the boundary abutting the road to the accessory building shall be equal to that necessary for a single storeyed residential building
(4) The accessory building shall be at a minimum 1.00 metre distance from the boundaries: Provided that it may abut the main building.
